All electronic orders are non-refundable. All EPIC credit will be posted to your account and available for use. EPIC credits do not expire.
If you receive defective or inaccurate material we will replace your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Everything DiSC® Certification courses can be canceled 7 days in advance of the online course start date.
If you miss more than one online live session you will automatically be withdrawn from the class and no refunds will be provided.
You are only allowed to miss one live session and all coursework must be completed for you to become certified.
In Person Certification
Everything DiSC® Certification in-person workshops must be canceled 14 days in advance of the workshop start date.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for authorization prior to shipping the item to our mailing address at: 195 Montague Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
