• Download your personalized profile report instantly upon completion

The Everything DiSC assessment includes 80 behavioral questions. You respond to each on a five-point scale from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree." There are no right or wrong answers — the assessment is simply measuring your natural tendencies and priorities.

The assessment uses adaptive testing scored on 8 scales, which is why it delivers more accurate and personalized results than simpler instruments. Most people complete it in 20–25 minutes.

Option 1 — EPIC Account: Set up your own EPIC account, which gives you full control over deploying assessments to your team. You purchase EPIC credits, send assessments directly to participants, track completions, brand reports with your logo, and access free group reports.
